1. Provider and scope
These terms apply to the GeoCrack website, accounts, and Chrome extension, provided by [full provider name and address]. Different terms only apply if expressly agreed.
2. Service description
GeoCrack provides a browser workspace with site detection, map view, hotkeys, settings, account synchronization, and access-controlled features. Supported websites may change their technology at any time, so permanent compatibility with third-party platforms is not guaranteed.
3. Independence and third-party platforms
GeoCrack is not affiliated with GeoGuessr or OpenGuessr and is not supported or endorsed by those providers. Users must follow the law, third-party rights, and the rules of every platform they use. GeoCrack must not be used for deception, harm, circumvention of technical protection measures, or any unlawful purpose.
4. User responsibility
You decide whether and where you use GeoCrack. Effects on accounts with third-party platforms are outside our control. This does not limit mandatory legal rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
5. Account and security
Protected features require a verified Firebase account. Account details must be accurate. Login credentials must not be shared. If you suspect abuse or a security issue, contact support immediately.
6. Free access
After successful activation, a one-time five-minute trial with Pro features is available. A weekly ten-minute access window may also be offered. Time allowances are account-based and may also be device-related. They are not transferable and must not be bypassed with multiple accounts or manipulation.
7. Paid access
GeoCrack Pro Monthly costs €4.99 per month and renews monthly until canceled. Cancellation is available through the Stripe Customer Portal and normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. GeoCrack Lifetime costs a one-time €49.95 and does not renew automatically. Lifetime stays connected to the purchasing account and provides permanent access while GeoCrack remains available as a service, unless the account is suspended for cause or deleted at the user's request. The total price, tax, and billing information shown in the relevant checkout applies.
8. Contract conclusion and terms acceptance
Before a paid purchase, price, duration, cancellation conditions, and these terms must be clearly shown and expressly accepted. Downloading the extension alone does not replace the required acceptance of paid contractual terms.
9. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are provided in the Cancellation Policy. Early expiry for digital services requires the legally necessary express declarations and confirmations; it does not happen automatically just because the extension is downloaded or used.
10. Availability and changes
Maintenance, security measures, technical changes in Chrome or third-party platforms, and force majeure may limit availability. Material changes to paid services are made only within legal and contractual limits.
11. Suspension and termination for cause
Accounts may be temporarily restricted or suspended in cases of concrete abuse, payment fraud, attacks on systems, or serious contract violations. Statutory rights, appropriate review, and required notices remain unaffected.
12. Warranty and liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. Liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and mandatory statutory liability remains unlimited. Any further liability limitations must be reviewed before publishing based on the provider form and business model.
13. Support
Support is available through the ticket system or Support.Geocrack@gmail.com.
14. Final provisions
German law applies while preserving mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer's habitual country of residence. Statutory places of jurisdiction remain unaffected.
