Review before paid launch: Provider name, address, contact method, contract type, and exact start of service must be added and legally reviewed. Any checkbox for early performance must not be pre-checked.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The period generally starts on the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform [full provider name and service address] of your decision by a clear statement, for example by email to Support.Geocrack@gmail.com. Sending the notice before the deadline is enough to meet the withdrawal period.
Effects of withdrawal
If the withdrawal is valid, payments received will be refunded in accordance with the law. Where the legal requirements are met, compensation may be due for services already provided.
Early performance of digital services
The right of withdrawal does not automatically end when the extension is downloaded or first used. Early expiry requires, among other things, express consent to begin the service before the withdrawal period ends, confirmation that the consumer understands the possible loss of that right, and the legally required contract confirmation. The implementation must be reviewed for legal compliance in or immediately before Stripe Checkout.
